Personal status to be adjusted

Adjust the biological clock, get up early and exercise properly:

Going to bed late and waking up late during holidays is a normal thing for many students. Before the start of school, students can go to bed an hour earlier every day, brew sleepiness early in the evening, and at the same time carry out appropriate physical exercise every day to activate emotions and attitudes through physical activation.

Gradually reduce entertainment and enter a state of learning:

Step by step to reduce your entertainment time and give yourself a process of adaptation and buffering. Before the start of school, it is very difficult to immediately quit the use of electronic products such as mobile phones, so we gradually reduce the time for entertainment and relaxation, and gradually increase the learning content, so that we can gradually enter the state of normal school attendance.

Prepare school supplies and organize vacation homework:

Prepare school supplies in advance, and you can also appropriately purchase some new learning "equipment" to increase the "sense of opening ceremony" and raise expectations for the new semester. At the same time, keep in touch with classmates and exchange some learning growth plans and goals for the new semester. Of course, the most important thing is to complete the holiday homework and welcome the start of school with confidence. Don't wait until a few days before the school starts to read at night, and write hard!
